Detroit-headquartered law firm Clark Hill said Monday it’s picking up 10 attorneys in a merger with Los Angeles boutique Barton Klugman & Oetting.
Barton Klugman is known for its tax, finance, transactional, and litigation practices, according to a statement. Clark Hill said the Barton Klugman attorneys will join its downtown LA offices.
Clark Hill said the tie-up, its fourth of 2023, brings its Los Angeles headcount to over 75.
